How to Build an Autumn and Winter Plush Gift Collection

A seasonal plush gift collection works best when each item has a clear purpose. A soft accessory for daily use, a compact pouch for small essentials and a decorative gift can sit together without competing for the same role. For brands, retailers and promotional buyers, the starting point is to decide who the collection is for and how it will be sold or given away.

KJIN’s latest product additions offer four directions to explore: a crossbody plush cup sleeve, warm home socks, a storage pouch and a pink sunflower plush flower. This guide explains how to compare them and prepare a practical bulk-order brief.

1. Start with the recipient and the occasion

Define one main audience before choosing designs. A campus gift shop may need small, portable accessories. A seasonal retail display may combine home-use items with decorative gifts. A corporate giveaway may place more emphasis on packaging, portability and a consistent visual theme.

Write down the intended use, target budget, quantity for each model and preferred delivery date. These decisions help narrow the range and keep the quotation relevant to your project.

2. Give each product a clear role

A carrying accessory: crossbody plush cup sleeve

The Crossbody Plush Cup Sleeve (KJ3484) combines a fluffy bear-shaped exterior, a shoulder strap and two hand openings. Its listed capacity is 500 mL. Before ordering, check the intended cup’s height, diameter, lid and handle against a physical sample; capacity alone does not establish fit.

A home-use gift: plush warm socks

The Cute Plush Warm Home Socks (KJ3483) add a soft home-use item to an autumn and winter range. The listed dimensions are 8 × 33 × 1 cm. Confirm the intended wearer’s size, stretch and preferred fit during sample review. Available customization directions include colors, embroidered logos, animal designs and coordinated gift-box packaging, subject to project confirmation.

A small-essentials accessory: plush storage pouch

The Plush Storage Pouch (KJ3482) measures 13.5 × 10.5 × 3 cm and is designed for cards, receipts, coins, earphones and other small items. Check the usable interior space and closure against the items your customer is expected to carry.

A decorative gift: pink sunflower plush flower

The Pink Sunflower Plush Flower (KJ3481) is a 25 cm decorative plush item with fluffy fabric and expressive character detail. It offers a different role within the collection: a display or gifting piece rather than a storage or wearable accessory.

3. Coordinate the range without assuming mixed-model minimums

Use a shared color direction, presentation style or packaging treatment to connect the products. You do not need to apply the same design to every item. A coordinated range can keep each product’s function clear while presenting a consistent gift theme.

The current product information lists a minimum order quantity of 1,000 sets for each of these models. Ask KJIN to confirm what constitutes a set and whether quantities can be split by color or design. Do not assume that a mixed collection shares one combined minimum.

4. Review samples around real use

  • Cup sleeve: check cup fit, strap attachment, hand openings and ease of inserting or removing the cup.
  • Home socks: check fit, fabric feel, seams and any proposed embroidery placement.
  • Storage pouch: check the closure, interior capacity and access to small essentials.
  • Plush flower: check the overall shape, stitching and how it will be displayed or packed.

Record the agreed dimensions, materials, colors and packaging on the approved sample specification. If your project includes a third-party character or artwork, confirm the relevant permissions before developing the design.

5. Plan backward from your required delivery date

The current specifications for all four products list a 30-day production lead time and OPP packaging. Confirm when that production period begins, then allow separately for sample approval, inspection and transportation. A production lead time is not the same as an arrival date.

The listed payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the balance due after satisfactory inspection and before shipment. Shipping costs are agreed between buyer and supplier. Confirm final pricing, quantity units and delivery arrangements in your quotation.

Prepare your seasonal gift brief

Send the model numbers you are considering, quantities by model and color, intended use, customization requirements, packaging preference and required delivery destination and date. A specific brief makes it easier to compare suitable options and identify questions before production.
